Hi,
I paid on Jan 4 through paypal for one week. Internet connection was fine until Jan 7 around lunch time. After that I was unable to log in
to hotesport. My laptop did not even find the network. I had no problem to get internet connection at Paguera beach.
Can you let me know what happened?

Hello, we had a very strong storm that got every equipment broken. We fixed it yesterday. ¿Can you detect the network now?

No I can't because I went back home on Jan 13th - but I will be back in February - hope I can expect some free days.

Hi Admin,

My husband arrived to Mallorca yesterday. He tried this morning to connect to internet and said there was no signal from Hotesport.
Are you facing technical problems again?

Yes, unfortunatelly we are.

The problem is again with the phone line and we expect the problem solved tomorrow.
